Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
To a large bowl, add all three ingredients and mix well
Add spoonfuls to a lightly greased baking sheet or mini muffin pan
Bake for 10 mins
Add one Hershey kiss (optional) to the top of each cookie.
If you don’t want a kiss on your cookie, take a fork and press the tines in a crisscross pattern on top for a traditional peanut butter cookie
Serve and enjoy!
