📋 INGREDIENTS:
6 pears
Currants
200 g butter (about 7 oz or just under 1 cup)
100g marzipan (3.5oz)
150 g icing sugar (1 1/4 cups)
4 eggs
50 ml 30% cream (1/4 cup)
450 g all-purpose flour (3 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
8 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
1 tsp gingerbread spice
For sprinkling: powdered sugar
Baking pan: 26 cm (about 10 inches)
Baking: 160°C (320°F) convection - 60 minutes

Can I use Fine Almond Flour for this recipe?❤️ I have looked at so many of your videos and because I need Gluten Free recipes and really want to make this thought I’d ask the specialist! I also use Bob’s Red Mill GF 1 to 1 Baking Flour which contains: sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour and xanthan gum. I would be most grateful for your advice. Thank you.

Dankeschön für Dein schönes Rezept hast Du bevor zum Schluss der Teig den Abschluss macht eine Käse Quark mit Heidelbeeren die Birnen haben wenig Geschmack allerdings sieht Dein Rezept richtig lecker aus ich habe viele Deine Rezepte nach gebacken und alle waren lecker ❤❤❤
