📋 INGREDIENTS:
6 pears
Currants
200 g butter (about 7 oz or just under 1 cup)
100g marzipan (3.5oz)
150 g icing sugar (1 1/4 cups)
4 eggs
50 ml 30% cream (1/4 cup)
450 g all-purpose flour (3 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
8 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
1 tsp gingerbread spice
For sprinkling: powdered sugar
Baking pan: 26 cm (about 10 inches)
Baking: 160°C (320°F) convection - 60 minutes
