Yellow Ledbetter’s opening acoustic guitar riff can be heard quite distinctively on the series Finale of Friends, right at the part where Ross is trying to tell Rachel his feelings before she goes to Paris. It’s unbelievable almost 20yrs have passed since the final episode. Songs like this become enmeshed in the fabric of our lives. Rest In Peace, Matthew Perry.

This version I understood more of the WORDS than I've ever been able too!!😁 I read that back then the Seattle bands while singing was leaving out consonants & that's why some of their songs were hard to understand all the words!?🤔 #1 fan followed them aged with them, Still LOVE THEM!!✌❤

No one is noticing, but my respect to the crowd at the end solo. You know how many crowds just mess up and speed up the clapping, distracting the guitarist from the timing. Well these guys nailed it, kept it on beat and not yelling. Copenhagen Pearl Jam fans, my respect to you, you were real good.

One reason I hope 8 don't become a famous guitarist or drummer. When I attend shows it annoys me as a musician how off beat the clapping is.

Nah I disagree with this one. The clapping is still there, just faded out of the mix. I just wish crowds would shut the fuck up and listen to the magic on stage without feeling the need to contribute their shitty clapping.

Man... Today Pearl Jam should have played in Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark... Show postponed... Ordered my ticket around x-mas... This sux... I'm sad... though, I'm looking forward to the postponed show. I'm, sure ist gonna be awesome... P.S. I was at Forum in Copenhagen in 2012... Awesome show, as always...

Blaine Patrick Can, but in the past we were divided in the choice of listening to music some of us listen GnR, Nirvana etc. We are still very young and overly proud of our music taste.

@@olddog123 i love both bands. i maybe more into nirvana but i have a lot of love for pearl jam as i saw them live in 2003 as that was a great fucking show. pearl jam is america's band since 1991. no one comes fucking close right now.

Damn ima huge Alice In Chains fan but one thing about Pearl Jam I’ll say is they’re chemistry and just aura is amazing. The way the band is just having fun and joking and laughing while still having an awesome performance is great. Just a great feel to this performance. The way Eddie is singing, the bands talking and laughing before the great guitar solo, the crowd is into it. Just great feel

...boxer or the bag... It's a song about losing a brother to war. The letter is the military letter to notify his death. Usually on yellow paper.The service man's last name was Ledbetter. The younger brother wants to punch back, but feels punched on....boxer or the bag....
