No, you'll want to program button 4 to channel 1. If you program it to channel 4, it will only close the door, not open it.

Hi Luis, try using these instructions. 2014 Acura should be pretty straightforward for programming. Also, homelink.com has pretty specific instructions. Simple programming instructions: 1.) Verify that the Homelink module is present and plugged into the USART terminal on the motor carriage circuit board. 2.) Press and hold the outer two buttons of your car’s Homelink, releasing only when the indicator light turns off. 3.) Press and hold all three buttons, releasing only when the Homelink indicator light turns off. 4.) Press and release the red button labeled “Radio” on the motor carriage circuit board. 5.) Within 30 seconds, return to the car and press the desired button for a second, release for a second, press for a second, etc. until the operator runs. 6.) Steps 1 and 2 should not be repeated to program additional operators to additional Homelink buttons in the same vehicle. 7.) To program another brand after SOMMER, please refer to the instructions at the bottom of this page: www.sommer-usa.com/homelink.html.

@@romantroyer5157 I was actually able to program it today. I wasn’t holding down all 3 buttons on my vehicles HomeLink, since I was just holding both exteriors ones. But it was fairly straight forward and managed to program it within a few minutes. Thanks once again! 👍🏼
