Muy buenas a todos aftercovidian@s hoy comenzaremos con las recetas que pude grabar en Argentina, todas son de piezas enteras y sobre todo intento mostrar la forma de hacerlo.
Encontraran desde como encender el fuego, hasta la manera de distribiuirlo, como calcular la potencia calorica que tenemos y luego un ejersicio muy facil que es siempre mantener nuestro asado con la misma temperatura.
En este tipo de piezas hay que ser muy constante con el calor que va a recibir y sobre todo hay que respetar mucho el tiempo de coccion para poder lograr una pieza tierna y jugosa.
