The fact a woman got into a relationship and had a child with a man who had been in prison for rape is crazy to me.

The fact he tried blaming her and said she came on to him is just so far beyond evil.

Poor little girl. I can only imagine the fear and pain that she went through. I hope other inmates do their own justice on him.

I literally feel sick listening to him blaming a 12 years old, causing her own death. He killed her once with his hands and a second time with his lies and words. I hope he gets the real justice in prison.

They need the adult to validate their view of the world, that no matter what they do, the adults keep them in their place and keep them safe. They can re enact what they see on tv social media or what have you, but the adults are the ones always in control and always the ones responsible for maintaining the appropriate boundaries for them. My daughter pushes boundaries all of the time, asking me sexual things out of curiosity, or pushing me away with hateful talk, or trying to be more independent than she can be, And as her mother, I know that what she is really after is validation. I give her an age appropriate answer to the sexual curiosity, when she’s hateful, I try to be patient and loving, when she thinks she can go out at 10 pm alone, I correct her and send her to her room. She might not think it’s what she’s asking for, but it is. Adults who blame kids for being victims…. They don’t realize how fucking stupid they sound. You’re an adult and that is a child. I was almost in her shoes when I was 12 I had a neighbor that liked me in a romantic way one day when I was coming home from school he pulled me into the bush and told me that he was in love with me and that he had a crush on me ever since I was 11 and that when I turned 16 we would run away together and get married and he said that I would have his children and when I attempted to scream all of a sudden he put one hand over my mouth and pull it out a knife instead if I screamed he would cut my throat because although he loved me too much he didn't want to go to jailbut luckily my sister saw us and immediately started screaming raising heck in my dad came running and see what was going on and my sister told her everything and my dad had begun beating the brakes out of the guy my neighbor learned his lesson that day and my dad did no jail time for that assault but for now on me and my sister we would walk home together. I'm just thankful to be alive today rip Naomi.🙏

IMO he was about to confess that she was chocked to death during oral sex, then the investigator gave him an out by saying he strangled her with his hands, and the perpetrator grabbed that explanation. I also believe he placed the candy in her mouth either to destroy DNA evidence or as decoy that the victim strangled on the candy instead of him. This theory would explain why he didn’t SA her otherwise as she had died during the initial act.

As a former police officer, I have a problem with the Pensacola Police Department posting the full names, addresses and telephone numbers of some of the innocent people in this video without blacking out their information while interrogating this scumbag. The real problem was that his girlfriend allowed him into the complex in a way that nobody knew his background.
