Peerless Axle 1" Solid Driveshaft Conversion

2 жыл бұрынpeerless 801 transmission that has some how snapped its 3/4 drive shaft. so I decided I would run an experiment and convert the axle to take a 25mm solid drive shaft.

I like how you have the pillow block bearing on the outside of the case taking the weight off the case, that was a fantastic idea

Ive got a 705 peerless transmission works a treat had it’s oil all changed the other day

Did you use any sort of machinery to bore out the case and the center of the old differential? Or did you just use a drill press or a hand drill?
