As far as i know Subaru plan to have a collab with Rushia and Luna to build their rooms, Rushia being the only official member of Oozora kensetsu and Luna since Subaru is pretty close with Luna with all the SubaLuna collabs, Luna is a keeper, lowkey great at minecraft she have this elaborate underground structure that even Aqua the queen of underground structure highly praise

A little bit of context. Moona on her way to chill in Nether, met Subaru who has then constructing her new Oozora Kensetsu office, Moona eventually being asked if she could help Subaru a bit in building the new office (side quest unlocked). Moona likes yellow, and Subaru after then gave Moona the yellow room as thanks for helping her.
