I did this program during Covid when my gym was closed for a period of time. I work 10 hrs a day so it’s nice to have a program at home and not constantly run to the gym. I think I’m going to join again.

Exciting you can get any kind of SPD cleat to clip in with the spin bike. Mine are from Decathalon, nothing special. But just make sure you get the SPD cleat! Enjoy the bike
