Beat the META returns! We are trying to win in every single Gr.3 and Gr.4 car when it isn't the strongest car! Rules are as follows;

Happy to see the Citroen done justice. It appears the weight drop has really helped its performance a lot. My new vote is for a car ive recently discovered is shockingly bad, or at least feels way worse than i originally thought it was...the Lexus Prototype

Very happy to see the Citroen in this race. My favourite GR3 to drive. Look forward to it's car profile. It also has a 7th gear which is helpful in some races.

@@lobotomyscam1051 BC i had no idea what was happening, i finished the race. Steering felt as if every turn/corner like a harpin - lost so much time hahaha (race 2 went much smoother )

Nice beat the meta Tidge. Pure masterclass to tame that Citroën even fighting hard with that mercedes GT3 Evo of the spanish driver sweeping on track. Hope the sport mode changes to disable the countersteer and the other driving aid one day

The weaving is an interesting topic. It's not really practiced in GT3 but it's ok in F1 as long as you pick you line before you enter the braking zone. I'm not really sure how I feel about it here. For me, I'm ok with it if there is a large enough gap (.500 or more let's say) that the person behind doesn't have a legit move and you're just trying to break the tow. If they are close enough to make a legit move, then make your one defending move and deal with whatever the consequences are.

Breaking the slipstream is tolerable, but not back and forth blocking. When someone is blocking to and fro they are telling you that you are better than them and they are unaware that they are doing so. The single thing that annoys me the most is the "rear end wiggle" players do when they cross the finish line, especially when they dive bombed you to get the win. Brazilians do this (when they manage to get a win, which is 1 race out of 175).

Powered by a BMW 4.5 liter V8 from the Z4 GT3! If you're not sure why is the case, listen to the engine note when you select the Citroen GT Gr.3 from the garage.

Hey Tidgney, the weird steering ratio issue. There is a new Fanatec firmware available. I installed it 2 weeks ago, I have the DD Pro and have not experienced the steering ratio issue.

@@Desert__Penguin It's not that viable though which is why its in this video series. Beat the Meta is meant to be that, a car that isn't strong taking on everyone in the strong car. If it turns out better than expected I don't know that until I start racing it.
