A Big Thanks to all the hawkers that have given their very best to do the very best streetfood I have ever tasted in all my travels. They are indeed the pride of Penang.Through years of hard work, long hours each days doing the same food, we can only expect the best.
Also big thank you to Dexter Britain for the music.

Hey Isaac, yeah.. I know a lot of the debacles between Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Funny thing, I came into forum argument with the indonesians once in a Netherland's forum website about the origin of Nasi Goreng. I tried to explain to the members of the forums that Nasi Goreng may originally created either from India or China. The Indonesians were quickly to argu that Nasi Goreng is an Indonesian word therefore the food originated from them. Some argument.

Ydal Schuless I would say from China, actually they call that Chow Farn which mean fFried rice in Cantonese translated to B. Malaysia or Indonesia is Nasi Goreng. Simply Goreng means fried, Nasi means rice

Wtf is with the music

Maybe you might not like the music...everyone have his own taste and preferance. I think the person who wrote this music is brilliant...it fitted well with the work these hawkers are doing. Day in , day out doing the same work but to perfection. Quite robotic
