I think the chicken wrapped chicken is dark brown The oil used to fried the chicken is almost black They didn’t change the oil I think So what you think …… 😏🤔🧐

it looks very unhygienec. The oil is black in colour and some of the hawkers use their bare hands to handle the food. A potential diarrhea explosion waiting to happen. Even if the food is free, I will not consider to consume.

yeah - char kuey teow is the test dish - as at kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iKqobNtil762Y6s.html - but that doesn't look as good as the famous old man street stall in Georgetown last time I was there in 2001. I'll guess he's passed on - dunno how his son has carried on the business around there ...
