A test of the Kodak 2383 D60 Davinci Resolve Film Look LUT. This available in the the free version of Davinci Resolve.
Filmed with a Panasonic Lumix GH6 and a Leica DG 100-400mm f4-6.3 lens at Pennington Flash on the 6th March 2024.
Captured in Vlog at Cinema 4K (17:9) at 60 fps in ProRes.ns.
There is a 'no grade' version of this video linked below. This uses a Colur Space Transform (CST) instead of the Kodak 2383 D60 Davinci Resolve Film Look LUT -

I applied the grade using the below as a guide -

Basically, add a primary adjustment serial node then add a V-log to REC709 serial node to apply a Colour Space Transform (CST). Details on the CST below. Then add another serial node to convert gamut to Cineon as this is the gamut the Kodak 2383 D60 Davinci Resolve Film Look LUT is expecting. Finally add another serial node that you apply the Film Look LUT too.
Color Space Transform settings used on Node 2 before Gamut changed to Cineon -
Input Color Space = Panasonic V-Gamut
Input Gamma = Panasonic V-Log
Output Color Space = Rec.709
Output Gamma = Rec.709
Tone Mapping
Tone Mapping Method = Davinci
Gamut Mapping Method = Davinci
V-log overexposed to 2.33 stops with -5 sharpness and -5 noise reduction.
Boost IBIS used for all static shots and manually focused.
Edited on a 4K Davinci Resolve timeline and exported as a 10-bit DNxHR file.
White Balance set to 5600K with no colour bias.
Exposure controlled via shutter angle so most shots have a shutter angle of 11 degrees - 180 degress as no ND filter used.
Tweaks made in High Dynamic Range Colour logwheels on a shot by shot basis to match exposure to node 1. No noise reduction applied. I manually set the video clip attributes to Full Range before making adjustments.

Pennington Flash Country Park is a 200-hectare (490-acre) country park located between Lowton and Leigh in Greater Manchester, England.
History -
A flash is a water-filled hollow formed by subsidence. Pennington Flash is a 70-hectare (170-acre) lake created at the turn of the 20th century by coal mining subsidence, mainly from Bickershaw Colliery. Before the flash the area contained two farms, both of which were abandoned in the early 1900s due to flooding. During the 60s and 70s the idea to convert the flash for recreation was emerging and the country park was opened in 1981.
