I really dont get why people are so scared of cameras, we had an auditor at my work place last week, my management were really concerned I had to tell them hes doing nothing wrong just ignore him.

They are perfectly comfortable telling lies to the public. No Pride, Integrity or Guts. He didn’t want to be an arsehole, he said, but then he went and did it. Nice enough lads who simply seem confused about their role and the law, with a dose of ego too.

10:00 The imaginary line marks where they land is. But he's wrong about taking pictures when on their land. FP could have one foot one foot inside the line and still take pictures. There is nothing in law or the policies or the rules that says taking pictures on private land is illegal or can be stopped or can be deleted after the fact. The only thing they have authority over on their land is asking people to leave it. It doesn't matter if they are taking pictures, hopping on one foot, or holding a helium balloon. To specifically make an issue about a certain activity means they don't care about the trespass and care more about the photography. Oh, and with one foot just inside the boundary does not give them the right to request to move it or anything. Trespass in the UK is more about depriving the owner of the use of the land and one foot just inside doesn't do that. Nor does it give them the right to make demands which are out of proportion to the "offence".

Still the best auditor by far. Always look forward to your videos.

The only time I ever got points on my licence was from this lot in the 80's. I appealed it and said that I'd driven over 500,000 miles without ever once being stopped by anyone. Their comment was that I was overdue.... Never trusted them again. Top work.....👍👍

Hi Focus Pocus . I always jump to attention when I see a new video by you. I’m sure you don’t realise it but you are easily one of the best auditors on either side of the Atlantic. Your style is yours alone. It’s unique and always disarms the confused victims on the street that you meet. You manage to mix humour with sarcasm and knowledge in a way that puts you in charge, despite the preconceived notions of the people challenging you. This video, like all your videos was a psychological Masterclass in how to totally defeat an unfounded challenge by police officers. I think perhaps, that one of the things that gives you so much success, is that you have recognised quite early on in your activism, that provided you are in the right, and know more than everyone you will ever meet, about the laws in this country which give us the freedoms to which we are in titled, you have nothing whatsoever to fear.

Good to see you back' doing what you do best. I always look forward to your content, best auditor out there.
