You guys are having the same amount of fun as I did every time I heard a new PTX song. Some perfect songs for Mitch-slapping are Gold, Someone That I Used to Know, and Carol of the Bells. Problem, and Can’t Hold Us are songs where you can hear him rapping some cold bars. Pentaholix will always tell you to just pick one, and we will come. A great Christmas song for the wall of sound, is Where Are You Christmas, and a good Kirstie joint is the Seasons of Love from a PBS special. So much good music! Have more fun

@marriagefordummies If you don't know the original Gold by Kiiara, listen to the first verse before the PTX version. What took about 3 computers working 24/7 for a week to do her voice, Mitch does naturally. But you have to know the original to understand just what he is doing a ccepella

One of my favorites by PTX for sure. "Happy Now" is a super feel good original song about coming out of feeling bad, you will be smiling by mid-song and.....you will get a Mitchie in there lol.

If you want to look at some orginial music of PTX I would suggest "Sing" and "Run to You". Also, some of their more entertaining content is various collabs/breakouts they have done. Some favs are "Wizard of Ahhhs" and Superfruit "Frozen Medley" and "Wicked".

Yes, with Christmas coming up, they need to see PTX's cover of Winter Wonderland, featuring Tori Kelly. I just love the way they, once again, put that old PTX spin on it. Tori is fantastic in it. They might also enjoy the PTX collab videos with Lindsey Stirling. My favorite is the cover of Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.

I just discovered your channel. I love Pentatonix and I love watching people react to them for the first time. You should react to "Dancing on my own". You haven't seen Kevin play the cello yet. He is beyond amazing. He plays the cello and beat boxes. Also they did this song after the bass Avi left the group and before Matt joined them. It is so beautiful.

When Ptx sings five part harmony, like at the end here, it always makes me cry - just for the sheer beauty and the joy it brings to my heart. Ptx has this emotional affect on many of us. I am sure that God put these 5 people together, & guided their careers to such a huge place just to bring joy into the hearts of so many. Just so you know, they are all humble & loving human beings. I love them all like they were my own children. (I am 63) That's another thing - their music appeals to all ages. At the concerts I've been to I have seen people much older than me, all the way down to young children. I am really loving your Prx reactions! Btw, I was waiting for that Mitch slap! Lol!! I have been thoroughly enjoying your PTX reactions and the enthusiasm you show. Given your faith, I would suggest a couple of artists that you have probably never heard. Morissette Amon from the Philppines and Sohyang from South Korea. Both are devout Christians and are probably two of the best female vocalists in the world right now. While both do pop songs, they also do many spiritual songs as well, both covers and originals. On the pop side I would recommend 'Rise Up' by Morissette and 'Bridge Over Troubled Waters' by Sohyang (Immortal Songs 2 version) as an introduction to their prowess. For the spiritual side check out Morissette's 'Could You Be Messiah' and Sohyang's 'You Raise Me Up' as starters. If you choose to delve into their cataqlogs I would gladly provide more reommendations from their extensive catalogs.

If you want to hear Mitch's low notes, it's their cover of Take on ME by AHA, kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bZxoqK1m3sDNlIU.html Scott and Mitch have a side channel called SuperFruit, On there Scott talked Mitch into doing his favorite song from his favorite Broadway musical, the Play is called Wicked, the song is Defying Gravity. The play is the Wizard of Oz told from the perspective of the witches. In this song one witch Elphaba (strange name I know) is arguing with Glenda about learning how to be the first witch to fly on a broom. (the name Defying Gravity makes sense now). The last note will not just slap you, it will knock you out with one punch.
