The most entertaining part of this video is how we can all visually verify Don is feeling the two tea sessions. I just ordered this tea as my very first tea cake. I am excited and will keep the website posted with my notes.

Looks like another winner! The wrapper reminds me of staring at Chinese rugs and losing track of "time" while tripping in the '90s. You should call your frog Alex Jones for obvious reasons. lol

The art design is well thot out but i like it when Celine does her thing. DON...idea$: id be interested in collecting Celine's art work...could you sell wrappers separate fr the tea? I will probably buy this one but some puehrs i know mite not be my "cup of tea" yet i love the artwork. Anyway...this one has my interest!

Can I do gongfu with herbal tea? Not like store-bought herbal tea but but a really nice homemade herbal tea with no preservatives or junk in it. Something you dried yourself and you know what's in it. Mostly Ginger and lemon. Ginger and hibiscus? Or will it destroy the flavors? For health reasons I've been told that the only tea that I should drink is herbal. There's a lot of stuff wrong with me. So I started making my own and I'm looking for a better way to bring out the flavors

Yes you can brew herbs gongfu style. Non tea infusions are referred to as tisanes. If you go to the Mei Leaf website you will find many traditional Chinese herbs under the tisane section. Each one has recommended brewing parameters just like the teas. If you have health issues you should always check with your doctor prior to using any new herbs. Many herbs have strong medicinal properties and you should make sure to check for adverse effects to any condition or medication you might be taking.

I'd say the only downside to doing that is that you wouldn't get as much benefit out of it, if you brewed it like regular tea in a Gong Fu. With herbal infusions to get the max benefit you should be infusing them for 10 to 15 minutes, but there's reality no reason you can't do that in a Gong fu. I think a clay pot might work better though.
