+Hakeber They actually believe that it is the best thing to do to drink and eat hot things when it's hot outside. I personally don't really agree, because I start sweating more if I do that, but still. And yeah, Turkish tea is awesome. I rarely drink black tea, but I love it in Turkey. I honestly think it's a combination of the surroundings and the local water. I have heard multiple times that people never had any luck with making turkish tea/çay at home, even if they got good quality tea leaves there.

+MermaidAtlantica As an American I can say scones are NOT biscuits, we have both of those things. scones are sweet things with berries (For us at least) and biscuits are hard to describe so just look that up. May you please tell me why our logic fails from calling things different names than what you call them...

Well, brits call buttermilk biscuits 'scones', even though they're not that. Scones use cake flour and eggs, US biscuits do not.

The 'pakistani' tea time is clearly indian. Although urdu is an indian language, it is the national language of pakistan. There is no word in urdu for cake rusk, while in hindi and bengali there are ethnic words for cake rusk(khasta in hindi). The fact that urdu doesn't even have its own term for the english term "cake rusk" is revealing. Also the fact that india is like the greatest exporter/manufacturer of tea(Darjeeling, masala, orange pekoe, so on) to the point that most teas consumed in turkey comes from india says something. Not butthurt about it(take all the credit) but I just wanted to mention facts :) *edit* most indians would not idiotically dilute the actual rich and sophisticated taste of the tea leaf with that much milk to the point where theres no tea taste LMAO

Abdulrahman Zafar Th indus valley is not pakistani because a) it was a hindu civilization- the indus valley was not monothesitic, and due to coins found there was suggested to be the birthplace of hinduism. b) the inhabitants of the inds valley are now concentrated in south india, due to a forced migration due to drought.

I'm actually curious to see a video of tea appreciators trying different teas and giving their comments on what each tea tastes like to them. There was only one pair that seemed to actually really appreciate the tea and comment on the flavor in this video, the rest were mostly joking and not paying much attention to the drinks. Now, don't get me, having people who are more light-hearted about the experience is great, but it would be nice to see more than one person with a more critical analysis of the tea. I know Buzzfeed already made some videos with food and drink experts trying each sample, but maybe they can make one with several foodies and drink/tea appreciators trying each food/drink/tea rather than one expert.
