He stated that the people he paid did most of the work but he also did work and should have been compensated for that as well. This defendant is trash. The man was going to help her out and let her pay less than what she would have owed and she couldn’t even honor that. I’m glad the judge made her pay the entire cost of Jan.

I'd be surprised if it didn't occur to her boyfriend that day, how easily she could treat him the same as she treated the landlord, not even to mention how clear she was that he was being used. I'm certain that the picture of the tenancy that she gave him before they came to court was a VERY different one than he saw as the case proceeded that day. Hope it was a wake up call.
