The plaintiff dated the defendant for about a year. She added the defendant to her cell phone account and bought a TV and other items for her, but she never paid the plaintiff back. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of the items she’s owed. The defendant argues the plaintiff is harassing her and the only reason why the plaintiff is suing is because she’s upset.

In Pennsylvania if you get diagnosed with anything that could endanger someone else’s health you get reported to the Health Department and they keep a list of people with that condition. Weather it’s a STD, STI or COVID.

@@aprilpinketon2567 I know with COVID in Philadelphia if your test was positive they would ask where you've been especially if school-aged and they would inform the school, then the student's or teacher's whole class would have to get tested and bring in the results. The school couldn't release the name or results of the person though. But everywhere is different.

Possibly bc the Plaintiff established that her and the sister were very close outside of her relationship with the Defendant. No proof was presented on either side so it isn’t really that the sister is reliable per se, just that the items in question make more sense to be a gift rather than loaned items.

Herpes has several strains which causes different things, but it's usually just referred to "herpes" when talking about the TD form. Chicken Pox and cold sores are also caused by a herpes variant, so that's where the statistic comes from.
