as an independent vendor and artist, i have NEVER expected the program director to provide any tents/supplies/electrial equipment, you're a professional, you have your own traveling set up, it's nobody elses responsibility, especially if your products "cant get wet" like..cmon, you're a grown woman

As a vendor, we bring our own tents, tables and supplies. We pay for the space to set up our shop.

Did the plaintiff think that the Latina judge who speaks fluent Spanish wouldn't understand what she was saying when she was cussing in Spanish? She didn't comport herself appropriately in front of a judge, even though the judge kept warning her about cussing in Spanish and insulting the Defendant. I think she was going to win due to the unclear language in the contract, but the plaintiff's behavior was so repulsive that ultimately she lost. As an artist, I've done a whole lot of shows, and not once have I ever asked the venue to provide anything other than a table, chairs, advertising and electrical outlet if I paid for one and it was available.

After the first warning, you'd think she would control herself, but again and again she just couldn't. Self-control is taught from a very early age, too many people these days are not taught self-control. Even at the very end she still didn't see that she lost the case purely because of her own bad conduct...

I feel that the plaintiff was ridiculous, I think she was disrespectful, by saying things that weren't true such as that that was his girlfriend.... when she didn't know. Also, the judge did warn her that if she interrupted again that her case would be thrown out. She had a fair warning, and this was after she interrupted several times, which meant that the judge had patience with her which she did not deserve, by the way with how she disparaged the defendant. Disparaging the defendant is NOT how you win your case in court or anywhere else for that matter. If you accuse someone of a wrong, you shouldn't stoop down to that person's level by being disrespectful.

I am teaching my daughter the importance of CREDIT right now bcuz it is the one thing in my life I wish I was taught in school! The interesting thing is the plaintiff may have been able to win because the defendant’s contract was so open-ended and badly written. (He really needs to get a lawyer friend to help him or even hire a lawyer to revise the contract). However, her absolutely despicable attitude, terrible behavior, and lack of control were obscene.
