Spicy Pepper Chicken
Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken - ½ Kg
Fennel seeds - 1 tea spoon
Pepper - 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
Gingelly oil - 2 tbl spoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ tea spoon
Finely chopped shallots - 150 grms
Curry leaves
Salt
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ tea spoon
Garam masala - ½ tea spoon
Water
Coriander leaves

I have tried this 3 times! My mum who is 85, happily gave her thumps up! Takes very little effort and the taste is really good! I can't believe 2800 people gave thumbs down to this. I wonder whether they tried this or just commenting on whim! Grossly unfair!!

Turned out really tasty. My husband likes everything super spicy so I added some dried red chillies to the roasting phase. Made it twice in three days!
