Peppermill Las Vegas has been around since 1972 and for good reason. It's a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and has a really interesting vibe. From the fireside lounge, where you can get some great drinks, to its huge food portions that are sort of classic diner staples, you are bound to have a great time.
In this video we try their amazing breakfast. There was a bit of a wait, but we visited the lounge as we waited. There's nothing like that fireside lounge. It screams funky and is so Vegas. Best of all this place is right on the Las Vegas Strip, across from Resorts World and next to Wynn & Encore..

Dined there on our first trip to Las Vegas in 1972., stayed across the street at the Stardust. We have eaten there every time in Vegas since.

I ate breakfast at the Peppermill in Daly City CA. almost everyday in the late 70s. Way above Denny's that was about a mile away.

Peppermill is my favorite restaurant in Vegas. Love the old school vibes and ambiance, Staff is always amazing and friendly, fireside lounge is fun to enjoy especially at night (even with the trimmed down menu for food), and the food is soooooo good and the portions are big. Like you said it's a definite must try. French toast is actually next on the menu to try

I’ve wanted to try the Peppermill for years. They used to show it on the Travel Channel all the time. The fruit salad is supposed to be a showstopper.

New subscriber. And the Peppermill is a Vegas icon. If Anthony Bourdain liked it, you KNOW its good. Sure its pricey, but again...Vegas Strip icon. Peppermill is great any time of day/nite.

Wow - There is also a great Peppermill Hotel Casino in Reno, Nevada. The Reno Peppermill also has great food!

I remember going with my parents to eat here, I must have been 9 or 10. So early 80s. We were staying at the Westward Ho across the street.

I don't know how many times Ive been to Vegas and drove past or walked past this place and have said I gotta try that place out. Next trip to Vegas hopefully I'll finally make it there. Great video and the food looked really good and big portions. 👍🏽👍🏽

That's very expensive. However, everything is now. It looks delicious. I used to eat at the one in Cupertino CA all the time when I lived in silicon valley. It was a lot cheaper then. But with the price of food now it can be expected. It is a beautiful place though. Thank you for sharing a bit of history of the peppermill 7:09 7:09 restaurant 😊.

We used to have a Peppermill near me in Daly City. Very similar to that one. I like the ambiance of that firepit. Thanks for the review, I might try it next visit there.

@@UpUpOurWay Alas, the Peppermill in Daly City closed about 20 years ago. It was very popular in the 70's and 80's with the late night "after theater/Movie/ Disco" crowd.

Loved the Peppermill!! We ate breakfast there 3 days straight and twice for dinner. The portion size was huge. I took it back to the hotel I couldn't eat it all...lol Great job Enrique and Melissa!!

I was there with a friend this past Monday. I had an omelet and a bagel. The omelet was so dry and hard it fell apart when I tried to use a fork. The bagel was toasted but it sat somewhere for a long time before I got it and it was cold and hard. My friend had the salmon and it was ice cold. This was the first time I had been there, my friend had been there before, but we will never go back. Also, when I told the waitress, she said nothing.

Great review! Even when it’s busy, I haven’t had to wait too long. The portions are so huge. My friend and I will split a meal and still be full. The prices are reasonable and the service as fast and very friendly. It’s across the street from Resorts World and it’s a short walk to Fontainblue so the location is great if you don’t want to pay the high prices to eat at those places.

Now get real, you and the hubby head back into the fireside and have 4 each of the best Mai Tai’s in town. Let’s see how you do ! Taxi or Uber there cause you dang sure won’t be driving back to the hotel !!!! And review after each cocktail !

I’m from ny, have never been to the pepper mill, the atmosphere and vibes seem better than any diner in my, BUT the prices are up, up, and away! lol-that’s saying a lot as ny diners can be pricey -I think the key is this: if the good quality is at least very good it’s a fair deal-atmosphere and good food is worth a premium -but if it’s just a greasy spoon than like the saying goes, it’s just like putting a tux on a pig, it’s still a pig-Oink!🐷

My young brother Steve passed from bone marrow cancer 2 and a half years ago. My next Vegas trip will be my first since I lost him.

@@UpUpOurWay Las Vegas, my cool friends...Nevadans are pretty weary of the city's name being shortened. No one calls San Francisco, 'Frisco'.. or at least not to locals....LOL...One note: Prices are up worldwide. This is not only a United States issue. Love and appreciate your vlogs!
