Yes it is actually, it was taken place Before they moved it's a small world to fantasyland

This is nice and crazy too. Jean Shepherd voices the Dad carousel of progress on the current version

Jean Shepard is hysterically cantankerous in this. He doesn't say that he likes it so much as that it's "surreal". "If this thing is approached with the proper uh, attitude I suspect this could be one of the wildest experiences you'll have at the fair" - he seems to be suggesting that people ride it high.
