Thank you very much for the information. Which peptide should we use for maximum time and how long should we take a break? Which peptide can we use continuously? And can we use the peptides we use continuously in the morning and evening? I apologize, I may have asked too many questions. You have a very beautiful energy.

@@GoSeeChristy Thanks for asking! I've been super busy but thankfully healthy. I wonder if I could cut back on retinoid use and increase peptides use and still maintain/increase my collagen and elastin? It would be nice not to have as much irritation and peeling. What do you think? My skin responds well to the 2 peptides products I use, and I see that together I am getting the ones that you recommended in your video.

Doctor , I am 17 years old and I have only one problem I have 3 forehead deep wrinkle lines , which I got from my genitics , what should I do , and I used retinol from years but it's not working . Note:- retinol clears my skin so well , and gives a good texture and glow ,but it's doesn't effect on wrinkles

If your wrinkles are deep, you MAY ( I have NOT seen your skin so I can't say for sure) need microneedling to help increase collagen production. But at 17 years old, I wouldn't worry. ; )

Good talk. Excellent information. But I'm still confused. I'm in my fifties. Used coconut oil and sunscreen to combat my rosacea. I found almost all moisturizers caused inflammation. I have no redness , some fine lines around my eyes. My skin tone is okay but I would like to firm it up because of marionette lines. Also, I would like to shrink my pores. What do I use? Are there any drug store brands you recommend?
@GoSeeChristy
@GoSeeChristy 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Julie, thank you for watching! ; ). I would like to know why you are using coconut oil for rosacea. Sunscreen helps protect your skin from uv ray damage and premature aging. I would have to see your skin before giving specific advice. However, just some general rules is that if you have been diagnosed as having rosacea, it is important to use products that help reduce inflammation, get your pH right(which is why your skin feels burning sensation) , if you have the beginning stages of marionnette lines, you can combat this with a combination of advanced skin care plus a micro current device. I IF any one was to tell you that just by purchasing a drug store product is going to fix marionnete lines, firm up a turkey neck or completely take away eye bags, etc, they are not telling you the truth or they have not professionally worked with skin. With Rosacea, it can increase capillary activity so it is important to get the surface pH right FIRST before you start doing advance skin care. You mentioned that you are in your fifties which means your skin is changing from the hormones changing, which can affect, your skins texture, pore size and even sensitivity levels on the skin so this is why it is important to understand if you really have sensitive skin or actual rosacea because the skin care protocol can be slightly different. Here is a video to help you understand the differences, if you haven't seen it yet. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/haiPjLeVzpisp5s.html

@@GoSeeChristy Thank you! My father had a horrible case af rosacea. He was a fisherman. All the places exposed to the elements turned to a brick red by his late thirties. I started taking precautions young. I started using coconut oil because it was soothing to my skin. Everything else I tried turned it red. But you are so right. Things change when your in your fifties. So I have to change it up. Thanks for all the great information. I'll go to your KZfaq page and start my research. 🙂

@GoSeeChristy

I did not cover those in addition to the many other peptides because I wanted to use the most common peptides that are in skin care products today. I did read about the synthesized peptides and it seems like one clinical study said that the major challenge in these are keeping these long chains and and flexibility of the side chains flexibility of the peptide and its target protein to accurately predict the bond structure. Most of these peptides are designed to basically designed to stimulate collagen and elastin growth.

So don't layer aha's: Glycolic acid over peptide serum? Re mature skin . I have matrixyl 6000 ..what is best way to use with glycolic acid cream peptide serum? If there a huge difference between matrixyl 3000 and 6000? Lastly can I layer amino acids with hydroponic acid under glycolic acid cream? I use Eva Naturals.
@GoSeeChristy
@GoSeeChristy 3 жыл бұрын
@@Beekind2527 Hi Laura, Thank you for asking. Glycolic acid is an AHA. The better way is to use a glycolic acid exfoliating product that you rinse off then apply the peptide serum. As far as Matrixyl 3000 vs 6000 BOTH contain Palmitoyl Pentapeptide. However, Matrixyl 6000 contains a lipopeptide that focuses on increasing on the building up the different types of collagen , including building up the skins own hyaluronic acid from the inside. (not adding topically) . The latter works more toward sending the messengers to work more to build up the skin from the inside. Hope that helps! Great question!
