I use the Buffett with Copper Peptides and love it. Used the original Buffett for a couple of years and that's great too. I also use the Cerave night creme mentioned and it's amazing. I use it during the day too and it works nicely under makeup once it's dried down after a couple of minutes.

This was great timing, since I just bought the CAIS from NIOD. I’ve been very happy with buffet both with and without copper peptides earlier but I want to see if I can step it up a notch. Only downside is that it’s sensitive to acids so it can sometimes be a bit difficult to slot in my routine.

Another great serum is the RNW Ceramide Plus, (peptides and ceramides). It also has niacinamide so it's really inclusive. I just got TO Argireline and I love it. Not sticky at all. Thank You Miss Ash!

I am using Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 20% in Vitamin F from The Ordinary and really enjoy it. Would you ever do a review on it? I’ve read that it’s actually more potent and better absorbed than L Ascorbic Acid.

Great video. Both the argiriline and the copper buffet have been game changing for my skin and now holy grails. So worth the extra money for the copper to use at night. Definitely builds the collagen up. The argiriline IS like botox, freezes the muscles. I have instant results and use it every day even with vitamin c with no trouble. Hope that helps

Which ordinary product do you recommend for melasma? I have it on both side of my face. I am using hydroquine. There are some cons about it though. I am also using vit c serum. I plan to order some Ordinary products soon. I just cant decide what to get. I need everything. Thank you for the video.

I promise I am not making it up ☺️ but 3 drops of the Argireline solution used twice a day around my eyes, forehead and mouth smile lines did wonders for me ! 👏🤩 I do think they reduced my fine lines by half . I use matrixyl with arguirlene together to help with lines. Sorta like Botox, so I’ve heard. It’s almost completely made my #11 disappear. I’m 55 yrs old, so I have wrinkles. Lol

I found a peptide serum at Dollarama lol It was 4$ and by looking at the packaging and bottle, I would have guessed it was high end. It feels amazing on the skin. Just like yours it's water based and blends in amazingly, leaving skin feeling moisturized without the stickiness and thickness of other goopy products.. I'm surprised by the way it works. Hi there, Yes, you can use peptides with Retinol but don't use the "copper peptides" with retinol and no you don't need to keep the copper peptides in the fridge.

Hi there! Thank you so much!! If you want to use Buffet with the Argireline Solution that is ok. The Argireline is more like water so I would apply that first then your Buffet afterwards and then of course moisturizer, sunscreen ☺️ I honestly have never had an issue with extra hair growth with peptides. I actually haven't heard of this before 🤔

Very informative video, thx a lot. I just finished my mizon peptide serum, won’t buy a new one right now. Will concentrate on vitamin c in the morning and retinol/bha in the evening. Might re-try in the future. I don’t like to apply many layers of products, especially not in the summer, and not in the mornings. That’s a general problem I have with all the huge amount of different products for the face.

I use my amino acids daily sometimes twice a day and use my copper peptides after. Are the amino acids considered a strong antioxidant not to be used together with the copper peptides?

Hi there! You can totally use those products together. You don't necessarily need to use Argireline with your Buffet as the Buffet has Argireline in it already but if you want to incorporate it together you can😉

You don't want to pair peptides with Vitamin C so use the Vitamin C in the morning and peptides at night..

I've been struggling so much with there so include my Buffet serum in my routine. I use it daily. Right now I mainly use it in the a.m. I cleanse, tone, Alpha Arbutin, Buffet, Vit C, Moisturizer, then sunscreen. Would you suggest not using Buffet with the Alpha Arbutin and/or Vitamin C?

I just got done watching a few videos on this, and you are not supposed to use vitamin c with Buffet. You are supposed to space them apart, like if you want to use vit C in the morning, you can use the buffet a few hours later. But if you've tried them during the same time period and it works out for YOUR skin, hey, that's awesome, keep at it.

I have a doubt, i’m using tretinoin 0.025% over a month and a half, i recently purchased the buffet (no cooper peptides) and I need to know if you use the buffet in the same nights you use tretinoin, or should I use tretinoin 4 nights a week and the other nights the buffet? Hey there... I don't use peptides with my Tretinoin but you can use the two together if you want to or you can use the peptides on the nights you don't use Tretinoin..

Correct! If it were a "copper peptide" you wouldn't want to combine the two.

I don't use it no. I use Prescription Tretinoin from my Dermatologist. I have heard a lot of great reviews on the Curology as they customize it based on your skins needs. It sounds intriguing..

Peptides are fine with VC, they even boost (just like VC) the SPF. Only Copper peptides might degrade the effectiveness of VC. Not the other way around. Wash of acids like an AHA/BHA cleanser are totally fine to use with peptides AHA before peptides enhances the penetration of peptides. ✌🏼🤗

I just got done watching several videos with estheticians saying NOT to use vitamin c with any peptides, it diminishes the effects. Same goes with any acids, including toners. If you want to use them both, to use at different times of the day.

Is NIOD CAIS safe to use around the eyes, or is there something better for undereye wrinkles?

I use it under my eyes but everyone should be cautious on what they apply to the eye area as the skin is so delicate and prone to irritation. NIOD has an eye serum called "Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate" which is a peptide eye serum. It's lovely!!!

The Ordinary doesn't recommend using peptides with pure forms of Vitamin C like L-Ascorbic Acid, Ethylated Ascorbic Acid as they conflict. This would be the same for the Copper Peptides. If you are using a Vitamin C that is not a pure form then it should be ok to use together but I keep these two separate to prevent any possible conflicts.

Hi Ash, Can you please tell me how long does Timeless delivers to Canada? I ordered from count on us in the summer took 2.5 months to receive the products, don't want to go through that again, back then I ordered Vitamin C, COENZYME Q10 SERUM and the MATRIXYL®️ SYNTHE’6™️ SERUM, amazing products however, I did not want to go through "count on us" because I can't count on them. Oh my gosh 2.5 months? That is CRAZY! I have only ordered from them once back in 2020 and it took a week or so to get. Sorry you experienced that. I don't blame you for not wanting to order from them again... I haven't ordered from Timeless in a while but the last time that I did back in 2020 it did take a few weeks to receive due to covid delays. I am not sure if it's the same now but I have never had any issues not receiving my order..

I should have known better, not your fault, will go with timeless, will not attempt to go with amazon either, I learned my lesson with the other supplier, I was so worried in July with my products (being on transit for 2.5 months) thought the vitamin C would oxidize, kept it in the fridge.

OK so you said To use vitamin C in the mornings..... but not to use vitamin C and peptides together. You also said use retinol.....and acids at night but do not mix retinol.....acids & PEPTIDES together. If I'm supposed to use vitamin C in the mornings And use retinol.... & acids at night and I can not mix peptides with vit C .....Retinol and acids when am I supposed to add my peptides in my skin care routine ❓❓❓ The middle of the day❓❓❓ Thanks Gina

Vitamin C in the morning.... Create 2 night routines: 1. Retinol and basic Peptides can be used together except for Copper Peptides 2. Acids the other nights of the week (1 to 2 times a week)

Amino Acids is a hydrator. Peptides help with hydration as well but it's mostly used for anti-aging for fine lines and wrinkles..
