I'm a child of Apollo too but when I read the first two books of TOA around two years ago, I got bored and didn't even bother finishing the series. Maybe it was because I didn't have any emotional connection to book characters back then. I'm deciding to reread the books this year...maybe I'll like them better this time around?

Somehow I've changed Godly Parents over time. I used to get Poseidon EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. but a few months ago, I started getting Apollo EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
