'Police have charged the tour manager of the Black Eyed Peas with assault after he allegedly punched celebrity blogger Perez Hilton outside a Toronto nightclub. Hilton said he got into an argument with band members Fergie and will.i.am at the Cobra nightclub early Monday morning and was punched outside by Polo Molina, the band's tour manager. They were at the club following a Sunday night video awards show.'

What do I think about the how thing? Well, I think Perez is telling the truth. You can usually tell a liar from a truthful person by looking at who's more upset. Perez is in TEARS well Will.i.am is doing the calm/cocky thing. You'll also notice in Will's video that he's using a 'cutesy voice' to appear more innocent, I don't buy it. Perez's story makes more sense, anyways, and he's a lot more honest about the whole situation too (whereas Will skips over whole parts of the story, the parts where he's being a ass). Besides, Perez would've taken legal action against whoever punched him, why would he need to lie? It really wouldn't matter who punched him he would've made a big stink about it either way! Let's be honest though, Perez pretty much had that punch coming. He taunted Will with what he KNEW would set him off.
Also, It's called karma and she's a real cold bitch.
