Perfect New England Skatepark with Matt Ray

2 жыл бұрынI know the whole intro I'm saying Newburyport skatepark but we decided on Hampton once we realized the new additions recently added.
I give you guys a quick rundown of my breakfast before heading out to ride. I rode the park for about an hour and half and tried to just get as much as riding in as possible. This park is awesome and i think its a true New England park , old prefab ramps that's just had so many additions built on over the years, Place rips.

Awesome video!! The quality of production made it really enjoyable, but it was really cool seeing you with your level of riding, work up the confidence to just send it on that crazy flair. With edits we don’t always get to see pro riders go through the process of psyching yourself up and crushing reservations to send it on something big. It’s a reminder we all go through the same stuff and it’s really inspirational for beginner riders like me. Thanks!

Maybe a day in life of going to the gym, stretching and recovery stuff? Just wish more riders knows how to get stronger before/after injuries and take care of themselves since bmx is very rough on the body

If I get a day of work and it’s not raining (I’m in UK) my routine is wake up get dressed brush teeth load the bike in the car then go out and ride for 6-8 hours no food just water it’s helped me lose a ton of weight
