INGREDIENTS:
400 grams water (no more than 110°F)
150 grams active sourdough starter
300 grams organic all purpose flour
225 grams organic bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons honey (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 1/2 teaspoons unrefined sea salt
5 to 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for pan and topping)
salt and pepper (for topping, optional)

Thanks for that recipe 🙏🏽 I just made it for a community activity and people loved it. For topping I put cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, some dry rosemary, and a bit of fresh parmesan. Too bad I cant share here a pic of the bread. But thanks again for this recipe and I will definitely look for more of your content. Nice to meet you :)

Wow I did this today and it’s sooo good. Thanks a lot. I wanted to share the recipe with my mom but she isn’t into keeping a SD starter (and she is far) so she wants to use yeast. Would this also work with yeast?

@@ButteredSideUp Actually, it wasn’t my favorite taste - a little too sour (I had to wait three days) and a little too “healthy” tasting. 🤣 Will continue to experiment!

I like to store it in a glass container with a lid, or in a gallon zipper top bag.

you are so much like my wife, she see's a spider and i swear that spider could be willing to pay off her student loans, and she would still be screaming Spider Spider! come kill it for me!

You should tell her about the fly swatter trick - use it for killing spiders, and you don’t have to worry about them jumping at you. It’s made me a lot more brave about killing them!
