But, it turns out, there is a diet, from all sides convenient, useful, and not painful. And at the same time quite a good result - 5 kilograms in the first three months. .. This is on average. Plus an improvement in the course of any concomitant ailments, if any - hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis. Even allergic, and she retreats. The diet increases life expectancy and reduces the risk of certain cancers, such as colon, prostate, breast, and endometrial cancer.
But I will not torment - we are talking about the so-called low-fat isocaloric diet. There is already quite a large evidence base for it. The main requirement is to reduce the consumption of fats, especially saturated, TRANS fats and oils rich in omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, soy and corn). It is also advisable to reduce the consumption of sugars and sweets, but this is as much as possible.
Why do such simple requirements work? The mechanism is quite simple: our body does not seem to notice a decrease in fat consumption - there is no fat, and it is not necessary. Unlike protein and carbohydrates, which the body uses for plastic and energy needs. Just touch them, you will immediately find a need and hunger.
