The Asian Koel was having a sore throat. 😂😂😂 Can't wait to be like those retiree birders. Wake up early in the morning, go to parks, take photos, walk in nature. After that go for brunch then return home to rest.

That bird did sound a little funny! Classic Singapore sound. We often ask the birders what they are looking at and they are always happy to share their day's finds.

The unmade path is so lovely, made me miss the forest walks of the UK! I’m glad the paths are accessible to all here, but there is also something lovely about walking through the leaves on the ground. I’m glad this park has lots of options for everybody.

I compared to our local woods and had the same though till I looked at the foliage and then dreamed if only. Even in the rain your walk was lovely

Hey, this is a side series of walking tours we are doing, we have three others if you wanted to check them out. I have done the tree top walk but just haven't made a video of it. It's quite a long one and I don't often have time in the day in-between taking the children and picking them up from school again, but its on our list for one week day when the children have school holidays so it won't be as busy.

Wow…. Didnt see that coming! It seemed like a warm day with blue skies at the beginning…. Thankfully you were out of the forested area when it came pouring down hard! I love walking in the rain. Once walked in a thunderstorm along the Punggol Waterway…. Enjoyed every minute of it, until I found out my iPhone couldn’t work any more as it was totally soaked in my shorts. 😂 Taught me a lesson to waterproof my phone as you never know in Singapore when it’ll suddenly pour.

Oh no your poor phone! It really can catch you out here. Even an umbrella would be of no use in some of the rainfalls. It changed so fast that day. I was already soaked so fast so thought I’d just keep going!! I love thunderstorms here ⛈️
