Shopping malls all across Singapore aren't unique at all. You've been to one, you've been to all. They have the usual big stores like there will always be a Starbuck or Coffee Bean, one of those usual food courts, etc. You want unique but not as many selections, that will be older shopping centres like in Holland V, City Plaza, Upp Bukit Shopp Centre etc. Some of these old malls look like a good place to do a horror show as well because they have so few footfalls.

Sadly only huge chains have the capital to pay the high rentals in these malls. For budding entrepreneurs it will be very tough to start in a mall without strong backing.

So true Millie........ You see one you see all the malls are all the same......Samemo Samemo. Nothing really special. But, at least there aren't any empty shops and people are buying and spending..... Many can get employed. I think rentals are not cheap... So newie can't afford. Therefore, only larger retails can afford.
@twis35012 күн бұрын
For kids, it is always fascinating for them to see completely different styles in malls but you being an adult still behave in such a childish way. This new mall is located in a residential area, catering to the convenience for nearby residents within walking distance. This mall though new but is occupied, else you sure will have more sarcastic comments😁

Yeah, good to keep Singapore’s unemployment numbers low! Also, as mentioned, I guess the larger retails are safe and provide everyone with the necessary…

Thanks Jonty and Millie, for bringing us along for this preview ride. It has been really eye-opening, the opportunities for so many different activities at each stop. Excited about the greater accessibility to the beach and park connectors along the route as well as to the Marine Parade town centre. Hi Wonderlust, Thinking of getting one too but is the picture sharp or just okay? From your channel can't really tell hope. some feedback from. you thank.
@WONDERLUSTworld15 күн бұрын
Hi Dennis - it’s genuinely good! The picture is faultless if you shoot the projector from a flat angle - if you go to one side, you can make the picture straight, but focus will be inconsistent across the screen (for example, blurry in the top left, super clear through the rest). We had the Lumos nano, which we were really happy with, but this one is significantly better.
