This stuff is extraordinary. It's both familiar and mysterious at the same time. Masterfully blended and better than the original in my opinion. One of the best cooler weather fragrances I've smelled in years.

Honestly I tried wearing this to work and though the projection may not be as strong as I was hoping for, many of my colleagues complimented me that day. They said its a very nice and calming scent. They know me as the Nose in the office and they keep asking me to bring my fragrances to work cause I also enjoy sharing superb brands with them. But I'm surprised that my colleagues ENCOURAGE me to wear this more often. Its a fascinating wear and I'm absolutely loving it.

Honestly this is one of my most projecting fragrances so its interesting you marked it down for that. I only wear this on a night out because its so strong the sillage is crazy, people can detect it standing 10+ metres away. Just my experience though.

I like this extrait version because it leans more masculine 🔥

I’ve heard that the extrait is much more masculine and as a man I actually ended up going with the EDP because I wanted something a little more down the middle unisex. Not everything in my collection has to be super masculine but I’ll definitely try out the extrait when my EDP runs out.

I bought 3 small bottles of your fragrances and love them all!!! Its all i could get in USA not much to choose from. Anyway I got a large bottle of Luna. Love the bottle presentation but 1 thing is driving me insane. The label is totally crooked! Its driving my OCD self mad 😠

I definitely don’t think it lives up to the hype. I got to try it yesterday and after a nice initial opening it just drives down to smell like jazz club which is half the price and actually nicer.

I wish, my nose enjoyed ISO e Super, but the stuff smells horrible. The original Gris Charnel is one of the best sandalwoods though. Tolerable and I'm not sickened by it, which says a lot. Iso e Super ruins it for me, but at least I can smell the other notes. They're not drowned in it. Great house, I wear others from them.

I start with Gris Charnel for day and reapply the extrait for the evening. I have not tried to layer at same time. I wonder if that would help projection and take the fragrance into a 10/10 ATH rating.

I love this stuff. I think it smells smooth and almost buttery, what with the Iris and the Sandalwood. £220 is a big price tag though. Aren't BDK related to Initio and Parfum De Marly?

I have just purchased this from BDK. While the fragrance is nice, it doesn’t last on my skin and I could barely smell it after spraying it 5 times let alone 30 min later. Definitely do not blind buy. I like Aaron though 👍
