Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program in Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. In this course, he is the Master Trainer and teaches CPR and other lifesaving techniques to Doctors , Medical Students, N
Since 2015, he is working as a Clinical Exam Coordinator for the examination of FCPS part 2 ( Clinical Exam) by College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
He has also served as an in-charge of Temporary Hospital setup by Government of Pakistan in PC Hotel Lahore for Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and also for the matches against the Zimbabwe cricket team.

The mucosal advancement flap is a surgical technique used to treat perianal fistulas. In this procedure, the fistula tract is surgically removed, and nearby healthy tissue with its mucosal lining is advanced or moved over the area where the fistula was to cover and seal the wound. This helps promote healing and reduces the risk of recurrence of the fistula.

sir meri MRI report ma opinion. Left perianal extrasphincteric sinus tract .Aya hai 2.9 cm ka Kiya yeh fictula to nhi hai ya jesay ap bata rahay hain k sinus who hi hain plz batyein ma buhat prshan hun ap ma sha Allah buhat Achi traha se bata Tay hain

Perianal sinus ho sakti hai ya ab fistula bhi ho sakta hai. Findings kay sath operation kay waqt bhi probe say check up kia jata hai to final decide ho ga aur usi waqt operate ho ga. Is kal hall sirf operation hai. Medicines say thek nahin hota.

Lahore mein check up aur operation ya phr online consultation kliay hum say whatsapp number (+923216303551) par sirf message kar kay rabta karein.(No messages or call between 9pm to 7am). Hmara whatsapp number hmari har video ki description mein diya gaya hai but sirf whatsapp messages kar kay rabta karein. Call bilkul nahin karni plz. Yaad karwany kliay Miss call bhi na karein. Hum free ho kar bari bari har messages ka reply krty hain.

Perianal abscess ka operation ke baad wahan lump mehsoos hona aam hai. Yeh lump usually operation ke doran scar tissue ke natije mein hota hai jo surgery ke asar ko bandhne ke liye hota hai. Yeh thori dair mein kam hona shuru ho jata hai, lekin operation ke baad kuch arsa tak mehsoos hota rehta hai. Agar aapko is lump mein kisi qisam ka dard ya swelling mehsoos hoti hai ya agar aapko iske baare mein koi pareshani hai, to behtar hai ke aap apne doctor se raabta karein taake woh aapko sahi taur par tajweez aur hidayat de sakein.

Ap ky feedback ka shukriya Jab tak check na karein koi medicines nahin leni chahiein. Yahan 5 say 6 conditions aisi hain jo aik jaisi alamaat kay sath hoti hain. Pictures say bhi koi idea nahin hota. Jab tak check na karein kuch nahin bta sakty.Aapko apne general surgeon say raabta karna chahiye takay woh aapki health history sun sake, aapke symptoms ka tafseeli jaaiza le sake, aur phir aapko sahi tajweezat aur ilaj de sakein. Is tarah ke masail ka hal asal wajah par munhasir hota hai.

Sub say pehly ap apny qareebi general surgeon say examination kliay check up karwaein. Wo check up kay baad decide kary ga keh apko kia marz.hai. Aapko general surgeon se munsalik raabta karna chahiye takay woh aapki health history sun sake, aapke symptoms ka tafseeli jaaiza le sake, aur phir aapko sahi tajweezat aur ilaj de sakein. Kionkeh yahan 5 say 6 bemarian aisi hain jinki aik jaisi alamaat hoti hain maga ilaaj mulhtalif hai.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injection anal fistula ke liye ek naya treatment hai jo kuch cases mein effective sabit hua hai. Is treatment mein aapke apne blood se platelet-rich plasma banaya jata hai aur phir isse affected area mein inject kiya jata hai. Laser surgery say operation aik new technique hai. World mein aur especially Pakistan mein isky results kaisy hain abhi iska idea nahin. Yeh bhi aik qism ka operation hai aur is kay baad disease dobara bhi ho sakti hai kionkeh is mein poora tract nahin nikalty just fistula kay rasty ko laser energy say burn kar dety hain aur hole wahin reh jata hai jo heal bhi ho sakta hai aur kuch hissa reh bhi jata hai jo dobara reh jata hai.
