1 potato (200g), 30 perilla leaves, ½ onion (100g), 1 green chili pepper, 2T potato starch (50g), 3T Korean pancake mix (75g), 1 egg, 1T Korean pancake mix, 200ml water, cooking oil.

1. Slice the perilla leaves, onions, potatoes, and green chili peppers.
2. Mix the potatoes, onions, green chili peppers, and perilla leaves.
3. Add 2T potato starch (50g), 3T Korean pancake mix (75g) and mix. 4. Add 1 egg, 1T Korean pancake mix, and 200ml water and mix.
5. Coat the pan with cooking oil and preheat.
6. Add the dough. Cook over medium heat.
