In the first series, we actually got to know all of the supporting characters. We knew who they were, their struggles, and we got to see all of them grow. In contrast to Sapere Aude, two years and 16 episodes later, I still don't really know anything about the supporting characters, or why I should care about them. There's no development. It's hard to believe both shows are written by the same person.
