People that are needlessly mean are just expressing WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE!!

I chose not to have children. You cannot BELIEVE the judgment and nastiness I have endured all my life because of my decision. Even members of my extended family have showered me in guilt for not procreating. I have been told I have offended my gender by not putting my "lady parts" to their intended use. But the worse insult that has been hurled at me repeatedly is, "You'll regret it one day." As I sit here perched and poised on the precipice of my 50th birthday (good god), I can say with 110% honesty that I regret nothing. Kids aren't my thing, and I honored myself by not caving into the pressure in my 20s, 30s and some of my 40s. I'm glad you guys are happy. So am I!

Thank you for reminding me that not all will be perfect or the way planned but things do happen for a reason. I admire you as a fellow mother and keep strong and positive!

I can't believe that people actually said that stuff about you and your husband when he was diagnosed. It's really grim how people think they can say anything they like on the Internet without being held accountable. I am enjoying the videos, thanks for sharing them here ☺️

I'm 19 y.o. and straight out of high school I decided to work as an au pair(nanny) and wow... The amount of work that goes into taking care of kids was shocking, I have a completely new appreciation for my mom and just mothers in general. The mom I work for is really cool but she doesn't realise the amount of work that goes into it all and that some days things just don't go as planned. Before this I had really looked forward to motherhood but just within the first week I was very disillusioned. For a while I thought maybe kids aren't for me but now I just think it has to do with how these kids are being raised and I know that my home life won't be like this when I decide to start a family.
