Was wondering if other permaculturists use kudzu (especially the lobata form common in the United states) or Arachis pintoi instead as permanent groundcover? How do they compare with lablab? Looks like it might be filmed in the cooler months. Australian people are always very amused by the international hysteria around snakes. They're pretty timid and mostly wanna get away. Keep your eyes peeled, try not to stand on them, remember how few people are killed by them - and how many of those who are are trying to kill the snake - and you'll soon start to wonder what all the fuss is about!

Humans need meat to live and be healthy. You can take chemical supplements to try to fake the nutrition from meat if your want. I have no intention of doing such an insane thing. Also you hurt our cause, our fight for sustainability, by asking people to do such an insane and unnatural thing, you turn many many who would join us away because they think we are all as crazy as you and expect humans to give up things they need to live so thanks a lot for that.

I'm not vegan/vegetarian but I have to tell you that you have some facts wrong. Humans can survive just fine without meat in perfect health and there have been many lifelong vegetarians to prove it. They were not "insane" and didn't need any chemical supplements to do it either and given that our digestive system is not anything like a carnivores it's not an unnatural way of life for a Human, meat was something we started eating very recently in our development as a species. The only thing vegetarians need to watch out for is vitamin B12 which has its origin in a soil bacteria, B12 fortified foods get it from that same bacteria that herbivore animals do so there's no artificial chemicals involved really. I think if meat is eaten it should be hunted animals or humanely farmed like Geoff shows here rather than the factory farming we have today - now *that* is unnatural. Vegans can be self righteous, preachy assholes sometimes and that can be a turn off that's true.

@@heidiembrey4917 lmao, yeah humans need to eat meat to be healthy, look how healthy all the 1st world countries with diabetes, high blood pressure and dont even let me get started about the health issues for the children. Everybody knows that we all have been. brainwashed to eat meat from a young age, just so that luciferians can continue to drink human blood and meat. Look into "natural flavors" in any 1st world country almost every single item has natural flavors which is nothing more than fetal tissue. Let's stop the lying that humans need meat, what happens when you eat a big Turkey or steak dinner? Your body cannot even process it, so you get sleepy and tired.. after changing to an all plant diet, my carpal tunnel syndrome along with my acid reflex disease went away for good and I have had better health than ever before..

The human body responds VERY WELL to the mineral content in meat! The iron, zinc, and other trace minerals in meat are excellent for people. Further, THINK what nature itself does. The average calf/lamb/kid/piglet crop is half males and half females. Yet only a fraction of those males are needed to maintain the species, thus the species itself produces BY Nature a surplus that is available for use as food by other organisms, including us. Geoff's mentor/inspiration Bill Mollison wrote about this natural role of animals and fish as food sources in his writings on permaculture.
