David: what can I say? SHORT but SWEET. The dessert reminds me of something similar to what they make in Trinidad called sawine pronounced "say wine", with noodles and milk. I am still amazed by the beautiful buildings there and the fact that the place is so clean as far as I can see. It's always interesting to see how something is made so that people can appreciate it's value. Nice job. Waiting to see what's next.
