Today, I visited Exmoor Pharma in Bristol and met 2 senior staff members, who persistently tried to intimidate and harass me in order to prevent me filming in a public place!

Yes they are legally able to record in a public area! However they respond in ways that spark an argument. The camera man will then wait for the person being filmed to strike a punch or swear at them. Therefore, they can sue the person being filmed and get a quick buck out of them. It’s a smart scam that beats the law

Unbelievable, it’s been legal for any 11 year old upwards, to film any premises including Police stations, from a PUBLIC SPACE for the last 100 years, these aggressive, swearing, insulting individuals, should be ashamed of themselves. I hope no government contracts, including NHS, are administered from these premises, violently threatening members of the public, is totally unacceptable.

Oh my goodness - I’ve been watching audit videos for years and not many get as bad as this! These two really embarrassed themselves with some of the most childish behaviour I’ve ever seen. Worryingly aggressive and bullish - they are definitely hiding something in there. Gosh, can you imagine how bad it must be to work for these guys?? used to work for eXmoor a few months back, was an awful experience and was let go due to reasons that were incredibly untrue. Was treated extremely unfairly and I was only an 18 year old apprentice.
