As soon as she said you are not allowed then it becomes journalistic and falls under the journalistic exemption of UKGDPR so you can publish the faces of those who present such objections. The gentleman also displayed the back of the SIA Licence holder when advised it was a crime not to display correctly, once again, journalistic work to raise awareness of such matter.
