Yusuke got a massive crit upgrade over his royal counterpart. He probably has 2nd best physical persona in the game after joker's Yoshitsune. I mean yeah ryuji hits harder but I feel like crit builds in this game are the best way to cheese.

i love haru’s moveset, it’s so fun! i actually wasn’t using her the whole time i played strikers (except for the mariko fight because i couldnt beat it without her) but when i continued on to do the requests and stuff i actually found myself using her more.

Each Theif is fun to play as...but My favorites are Haru, Yusuke and Zenkichi

I think it says a lot about this game that each Thieve feels distinct, yet each are all very fun to play. Only one I/kind/ of dislike is Sophia gameplay wise because I suck at the rhythm stuff, and since I'm such a perfectionist whenever I mess those up it discourages me greatly. But even then, she's still super fun to use anyway! Like, christ this is such a good game, XD Crossing my fingers for Violet/Crow DLC

I like how everyone gets a DMC inspired move. Some direct references and then Morgana uuuh... is throwing a van a dmc reference?

And now, a crap guide to Haru, disregarding her persona skills: -Her base combo has 2 distinct features: It's slow and extremely powerful, and is also the shortest combo string in the game. Really damaging, but can easily turn away newer players who might not like slow attacks. If you're not comfortable with the speed, you can do Dodge-cancels on the first attack. Dodge cancels are primarily used in speedruns for movement, but Haru can use it to play really dodgy against some bosses. Just hit Attack and Dodge at the same time and you can be slip-sliding across the arena while dealing big damage. -C1 is useful for playing it safe due to it being a ranged attack. It has a slow startup, but can absolutely tear through gun-weak enemies once it gets going. That being said, it's better to use her default gun attack on bosses, due to it dealing more damage. Both of them benefit greatly off of Gun-boost/amp. -C2 is relatively quick and has a chance to inflict dizzy when you unlock the master art. That being said... its range is somewhat pitiful compared to her others, which are just as good and more applicable. Though you CAN use it as a follow up to her Aerial special, which is neat. Addendum: C2 is also good if you go for a technical build, as the finisher hit inflicts Dizzy, as mentioned. It can help with reserving SP in mob fights, and still deals considerable damage. -C3 tears through psi-weak enemies, which invalidates the 3rd jail boss and makes this a good tool for most small-enemy encounters. Becomes downright amazing once you get Psiodyne, but sadly Haru never unlocks Psy-amp, only psy-boost. -C4 is the vinesauce patented S P E E N. It's a combo attack, but has this weird property where it only displays the damage done when the attack gets interrupted, disconnects for a hit, or just ends normally; in other words, each hit deals damage, but the game only shows you small increments of said damage. The actual hits themselves are rather... weak, so you'd think that C2 would be better, but the spin has more range and also lets you move around better, so it becomes more viable for crowd-control situations. During bosses, C2 and C4 can be interchanged due to similar damage outputs, with C4 being better for fast-moving bosses since you can dodge out of it, and C2 being better when the enemy is idle.

It's actually criminal the character who would be best equipped/fit for a fighting game doesn't even get mentioned or referenced in any obscure way throughout the whole game (Akechi).

Sophias Moveset is so sick. But really, all are fun to play.

I love how every warriors esk game has that one character that can just press a button and do insane amounts of damage, in AOC it's teba, and here, it's fox.

I honestly wanted more from joker. The only fun to play aspect in his kit are his gun combos but his dagger attacks are so meh imo and I still dont understand as to why they arent usibg their 2nd awakening personas
