In my unmodded p5r i have arsene with 99 in all stats with like heavy curse/heavy to all, debilitate, one shot kill, ali dance, absorb ice/bless and curse amp as my primary persona

@@IppoX90 quite simple really, got it done in less than a playthrough. Started around futabas palace and was done by the time i fought yaldabouth. Slap growth(preferred 3) on arsene asap and just passive level him up and whenever you arent in combat(like between palaces or mementos for non xp runs) throw him in lockdown with incense(lockdown also gives personas resist, dodge, evade, repel, block or absorb depending on the level when locked down, with one of those geared towards the personas weaknesses guaranted until you cover one or all of them). His stats and level will grow quickly with some effort. After that its as simple getting cards, mostly from itemizing with electric chair(same plave you can get growth 3 from) and save scumming fusions(save right before fusing someone into arsene and if you dont get the desired skill, reload and retry). You can get really anything, even a persona that absorbs every element so you physically cant die or one that gives every self buff at the start of battle so joker starts with heat riser for free. I just enjoy immersion so i didnt make him unstoppable
