I'm actually really disgusted that they told him to go after her for it. I know that they do that... usually it is them making a woman go after the father doe child support.. but seriously wtf like that employee HAD to know he didn't have the kids and SHE had custody. Now I don’t believe he’s disabled but there is a thing called invisible disabilities. Chronic dizziness, fatigue, and pain. They also consider mental illness and parts of the autism spectrum. Gut disorders, epilepsy, etc. Also I would make note that depending on the severity it would put him out of work but this guy just seems to be a dick. Idk if you can get disability for that

Doesn't seem like just one poor decision either but a whole series of them. Do you know if the defendant actually fought/served in a conflict for her country or did she serve in peace time only? How did the defendant get disabled, in service or on personal time? She could have gotten disabled in a car accident or slipping/falling in the shower for all we know.
