NOTE: This product works exactly as described. kzfaq.infoUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

For a lot of people it's a start or starting point Personally it's the only kind of exercise I can safely do with my health I'm hoping to get comfortable and in a routine so I can lose weight and help relieve sooner of my chronic pain I can't do strength training but as long as I can regularly do cardio I should be able to steadily lose the eight I need to

I hit age 45 and my Harvard doctor was saying she did not know how I was alive because my bp was so high. I just thought I was young and lived in the city , ate organic with three kids….why would I have high bp? This is the only thing I do 12/3/30 for…hypertension. Hypertension can start in elementary school and doctors simply have not taken it seriously.

@WynkyGold
@WynkyGold Жыл бұрын
Beginner friendly?!? I work out several times a week, and walk 30min on the treadmill. But with my short legs, I can only maintain 3.0 for about 3 or 4 minutes on level 0!! I normally walk at 2.7-2.8, and if I raise the incline I have to slow the mph down!! So this is ABSOLUTELY NOT beginner friendly. It would be fine for someone who is a runner or has legs for days!! BUT NOT for A BEGINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does this work out make glutes or legs bigger! I mean yes it burns calories but what does the effect of the incline do to muscles
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 2 жыл бұрын
Nope! walking is great for heart health, active recovery, and is a great introduction to a fitness routine. BUT if you’re looking to build muscle, weightlifting (while still incorporating some cardio for the benefits listed above) is the way to go!

Love your vibe! One confusion though , is it 3mph or 3kmph? Also does 12-3-30 helps with muscle building in the lower body? Like maybe a lesser cousin of strength training?
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
Aww thank you!! 3mph I’m pretty sure! 12-3-30 could support strength training by helping you gain endurance, but strength training would be more efficient to build muscle. 💪🏻

Would this count as a liss workout? I want to do it 3-4 times a week and strength training 3 times a week would I lose muscle?
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, this is LISS. It depends on what you're doing on your other days! whatever your primary goal is, you want to be working on that more throughout the week. So if you goal is to gain muscle, and you're strength training 4x a week, you won't lose muscle. If you only strength training 2x a week, maybe only do LISS 1x per week. Keep the primary goal at the forefront!

Omgg I love your energyy!! 💕 Do you feel as if you need alot of protein for muscle gain -> glutes? If I increase my incline will I lose mire weight ?
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
Protein is super important post-workout! Protein helps to rebuild the muscles you worked, which speeds up recovery and helps you get stronger. The actually amount varies from person to person. I recommend talking to a nutritionist or registered dietitian:) The incline won't make a huge difference after a certain point. For weight loss, I would focusing on strength training a few days a week and doing some form of cardio on the other days. Hope this helps!

if you do muscle building exercises will this workout counter act those?
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
It depends on how often you do it! It won’t if you do this less. So strength training 3-5x a week and cardio 1-2x a week won’t counter act anything

@@janekvandervoort if you are focusing on weight loss and not muscle building what can you do? I do a lottle free weights just to help a little with strengthing my arms and losing some back fat, as well as leg workouts but my main concern is weight loss and stamina. Any tips or advice would be appreciated!
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
@@jessicaelliott4328 I believe in building muscle for weight loss! I'm not sure what your specific goal is, but generally people are looking more for fat loss (rather than weight loss.) Strength training increases your metabolism, which helps you burn more calories throughout the day, instead of just the calories you're burning in the workout. This would result in fat loss and a change in physique, although the number on the scale may not shift as much. I would recommend pairing your strength training with walks, bike rides, or something else that keeps you active to work on stamina:) Hope this helps!

At the end of the day, they will do the same thing! Most cardio will give you the same result. What’s more important is finding what you enjoy doing! For weight loss, I recommend strength training with some additional cardio, but make sure the focus is on strength💪🏻

I thiiink they differ a little. I know some go all the way up to 15% and I've been on some that only go up to 12%. I don't think the actual percentage matters too much. Focus on finding a high incline that is challenging for you!

What range should your heart rate be in doing this?
@janekvandervoort
@janekvandervoort 3 жыл бұрын
This really depends on your goals, what you want to get out of the workout, and your current fitness level! I recommend using RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). To do that, you would ask yourself "how hard was this workout on a scale from 1-10?" If you want 12-3-30 to be in your routine as a difficult workout, you'd want your RPE to be at 7-10. If you want to use 12-3-30 as more of a rest day or supplement workout, you'd want your RPE at around a 4-6. If you're looking for more specifics for heart rate, I recommend working one-on-one with a pro! Hope this helps:)
