14 жыл бұрынStarting a ProMinent Pre-Engineered Systems (PES). First, ensure chemical safety by wearing eye and other protection as required by your chemical. Second, make sure that the pipes are thoroughly flushed and the union fittings are tightened. Finally, charge the pulsation dampener to 90% of the system pressure determined by the back pressure valve. (The Back Pressure Valve will be set to the minimum pressure to maintain repeatability; the Pressure Relief Valve will be set to the maximum pressure to ensure safety.)

6 months in it works pretty well. We have unexplained debris in the system that keeps manifesting despite having two screens between day tank and pumps.

sometimes debris can come from piping. if it is cut and glued together without cleaning the burrs they can find their way to the pump over time. Also chemical can sometimes contain debris or even dry or crystalize. Let us know if we can help
