Mallory Park Crashes/Highlights, EMRA (Round 2), 6/5/24

The return of sidecars, packed grids across the board, lots of spectators, some of the best racing we've seen from EMRA and ACU Lightweights return meant this was a brilliant meeting. One that perhaps began to suffer from its own success towards the end as such close racing brought the inevitable tumbles, causing red flags which pushed the event for time by the end. A bizarre incident in Open 500 Qualifying and Mac Parsons 'Superman' jump from a nasty high-side being the worst it really got all day, but all riders reportedly on the mend and will probably be back in time. A great event overall, and we even dodged the weather!

Great video,I used to work here as a kid picking up the rubbish after meetings,fantastic little track shame there’s so many muppet’s move to a village with a race track then moan about the noise.

that was a 250 moto3 but still shocking, hes a good mate of mine, said he hurt his left side a bit and head slightly but all okay now

Great vid as usual! For context at 14:55 I had a water explosion in my face and attempted to make pit lane but quickly realised that was never going to happen 🤣

@@markholroyde9412 😂😂 looking back at it now I could of just pulled to the right a bit further up and off but I had no idea how close everyone was I assumed they were all up my ass so I just thought abort mission 🤣 I stayed up after a bit of a wobble and headed back down pit lane 👍🏻✊🏻

That explains it! It looked almost as if someone had disconnected the controls to the bike for a second lol. Suppose it was a bit warm on the day, bikes just looking out for you 😉

Fantastic video as always, can’t wait to be at Mallory bike bonanza on the 6th-7th of July over on the Dirt oval where I will be marshaling for the DTRA flat track nationals, come over and check it out 🏍️💨🏁

Yes think I might attend that for the first time this year. Particularly the DTRA thing as I was shocked in the track placement alone lol
