For pesto sauce,
• Olive Oil - 5 tsp
• Garlic Cloves - 3-4
• Almonds - 10-12 (soaked in water & then peeled)
• Fresh Basil - 1.5 cup
• Processed Cheese - 1/4 cup
• Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
• Salt - a pinch
• Paneer Cubes - 250gm
• Onion Petals - 8-10 petals
• Diced Green Capsicums - 8-10 pieces
• Diced Red Capsicums - 8-10 pieces
