What Pete has done with a short QB and now a 10 year backup is a miracle

He turned USC from a perennial loser to a runaway juggernaut. It’s no coincidence.

Pete: "You give me a whole semester, I will wear your ass out. I will wear you out. Making you tougher and to persevere." Just fantastic motivation!

Pete wouldn’t strike me as an NFL coach , he has such a calm demeanor . Definitely seems more like a professor

Pete: You've reduced it two: "Always compete." But you have to add two:"Not alone."

The mindset of grit built this country. Many of us who had progenitors encouraging this lifestyle know it. Ups are ups, downs are downs, is what it is. Life happens. Grit is the bridge...

31:54 __ connected to 48:15. To build grit, you need to know yourself first.
It's a lot easier to draw 5 plays over 10 to score

Pete's only lie was about his biggest failure. Right near the end. 2014 Superbowl. No one asked...

"Worst call in superbowl history " - prime time. Feel that if he wasn't a charming white guy his career whould have been long over. This man loves to hear himself speak and he has alot of peoplewho love to listen. Reminds me of righteous gemstones. His philanthropy project has his name stamped on it but cant find actual involvement from him. Just hope he keeps being somewhat charitable with all the bread he makes for preaching. Glad you can still butter up young adults, that is your what you do best. It has brought you much success.

He’s still coaching for the same team and seeking after success for them and himself since then, and you’re doing what?

Pete Carroll is one of the more successful head coaches in the NFL since he took over the job. I would say the only ones who have been better than him are Andy Reid and Bill Belichick. So a top 3 head coach since he took over. And yet, there are people like you who think he's not that good. Well, okay, you take over the job. I would bet you wouldn't win more than a half dozen (that's 6 if you wanted to be clear) games in a season. That's being generous. Pete Carroll has a 6-4 Seahawks team with Geno Smith as QB. He has transformed the guy into a legit QB. Russell Wilson, on the other hand, is struggling on the Broncos. Seems to me that Pete has more influence on the team than you may think.
