I find it a glaring omission that his most trusted friend, Mary Austin, was not even mentioned; he trusted no one more than Mary, clearly. And she was there from the beginning. He said he could not love any man the way loved Mary and no one could compete for the value she brought to his life. So I find it incomprehensible.she was not the first example of enduring friendship in Freddy's life.

Am I crying? Yes I am. Freddie was like a theatre kid. Theatre kids love their bonds with friends the most. Don't take love for granted you guys.

I get the feeling Freddie really loved his family, especially his Mum. However, I don’t think the world would have had the opportunity to have this special and talented man in their lives if she did not allow him to freely live his own life, apart from her. It’s all history now, but I am sure it was a difficult life for him to be away from his family, which is why I believe he surrounded himself with friends and people he trusted. God bless you, Freddie, and thank you for the sacrifices you and your family made to bring us your genius talent.
